Reception
This week's grid, and whatever is different about it. Someone walking in to ask about times reads the answer while your front desk is with another member.

A teacher swapped, a class moved half an hour, the prenatal one got cancelled for green season, and a new Friday class exists that isn't on the sheet at all. Reprinting the grid for any one of those isn't worth it, so it gets a line through it instead — and the member reading it has to guess which corrections are current.

Month three
This is a normal wall, not a badly-run one. A studio's grid moves every few weeks, and printing it again every time it does isn't a reasonable thing to ask of anybody.

Printed March 3
The tab doesn't fix your schedule. It removes the printing step between deciding something and everyone knowing it — which is the step that's stopping the wall from being right.
Where they go
Each tab is programmed on its own, so the piece by the door and the piece in the locker room don't have to say the same thing.
This week's grid, and whatever is different about it. Someone walking in to ask about times reads the answer while your front desk is with another member.
Someone sitting on a mat waiting for class to start has four minutes and a phone. That's where the workshop sign-up, the teacher's bio and the retreat you're running in November get read.
Where somebody decides whether Thursday happens. Your booking page, or your Google reviews, at the one moment a person feels best about having come.
The piece
It gets sprayed with disinfectant between classes and touched by everyone who walks past. It has to last years, because the whole point isn't buying it again.
It doesn't warp, the print doesn't lift, and it never gets the clouded look a plastic sleeve has by the second month — or the curl a taped sheet has by the second week.
Every 12 tabs comes with one programmed spare, so the replacement is in the office before anybody reports the locker room is short.
A chip that won't read, lifted printing or a bad cut: replaced at no cost, and the replacement carries the same code, so nothing needs configuring again.
What everyone asks
As fast as you can edit the page the tabs point at — usually under a minute, from your phone, before you've finished your coffee. Everyone who taps after that sees the substitute. There's no cost and no limit on how often you do it.
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The tab opens a web address you control. If that address is your Mindbody, Momence or Google Calendar page, the tab takes members to it. We sell the piece and the ability to repoint it.
Reception is the obvious one. The two that surprise owners are the mirror in the studio, where somebody waiting for class has nothing to do, and the locker room, which is where people decide whether to come back on Thursday.
Yes. Every tab is programmed separately, so the studio can open the class grid while the weight floor opens your personal-training rates.
It's acrylic. Sweat, disinfectant spray, a wipe-down between classes. It doesn't warp and the print doesn't lift, and it comes with 90 days of warranty for the ones that don't behave.
Most studios start with one at reception, one in each room and one in the locker room, and every 12 comes with a programmed spare. Message us with your layout and we'll tell you honestly if that's more than you need.
